I'm a self-proclaimed zymologist, and in an effort to explore ingredients and recipes, I love to try beer! Having been to Africa, Australia, Mexico and New Zealand, I've already had the opportunity to taste beer from around the world. I recently graduated from Augustana College with a biology degree with an emphasis on Microbiology. I currently work at Great River Brewery in Davenport, IA. I'm an avid runner, and foodie - eating primarily local, organic and fermented foods/beverages.
